Our team also interviews them with regards to their skills and capacity to do work and their expectation with respect to salary. Also, we maintain an emergency contact detail of them if at all they are not reachable.
All the above-mentioned details are kept with us as required by law. Any detail beyond the same shall not be available with us under any circumstances. We also guarantee not to provide company details to them till they are not issued offer letter by the company itself and hence confidentiality regarding them same shall be maintained.

The nature and technique followed by the employee after their employment is not the responsibility of our team and we do not guarantee for any misconduct by them in the company. If there by any chance a report for us getting a notice shall not be entertained as per the terms and conditions and any complaint raised shall be treated as null and void.

We believe conducting business by illegal manner is against the law and for the same reason; payment shall not be refunded in such consequences. We shall reserve the right to even penalise the party for extra amount as we consider contracting with such people as defamation to our business.
