At RELIABLES GROUPS, as we provide placement, recruitment and HR Training, our backend team goes through the profile of every candidates registered with us and does a background check by checking their ID card and previous details. For recruitment purpose, we also check their previous payslip details by which we get knowledge of their previous salary. All the documents are available at our end and can be produced as and when required. We keep a copy of their government-issued ID proof and other details. Our team also interviews them with regards to their skills and capacity to do work and their expectation with respect to salary. Also, we maintain an emergency contact detail of them if at all they are not reachable.

All the above-mentioned details are kept with us as required by law. Any detail beyond the same shall not be available with us under any circumstances. We also guarantee not to provide company details to them till they are not issued offer letter by the company itself and hence confidentiality regarding them same shall be maintained.

Other than any other above-mentioned issue shall not be entertained by RELIABLES GROUPS under any circumstances. The nature and technique followed by the employee after their employment is not the responsibility of our team and we do not guarantee for any misconduct by them in the company. For any loss caused by the employee after employment or during theprobation period is not the responsibility of the RELIABLES GROUPS in any manner. If there by any chance a report for us getting a notice shall not be entertained as per the terms and conditions and any complaint raised shall be treated as null and void.

If we find by any means that our licensed source has been compromised by what so ever means, the consequences of the same shall be borne by the compromiser of the source code. If the compromiser is merely an agent, the principal of the same shall be sued along with other charges to the agent. The court shall have no right to question with regards to the same and the charges to borne shall be decided by RELIABLES GROUPS.

Ethics: We at RELIABLES GROUPS are willing to run the firm ethically and we assure no illegality business shall be conducted by us of what shall be in our knowledge. We shall be liable if we are found guilty to promote or conduct business which is punishable under the penal code and shall surrender our business. Hence we also believe that the clients who would want to join hands with us are also of the same nature and are willing to conduct business under similar circumstances.

If by any chance we understand that the manpower, placement, recruitment, HR training is required for any unethical practice, we shall on the very spot terminate the contract and also inform the employee which we shall recommend. If found guilty; we also have the right to take this situation to the court and the party shall have to face consequences regarding the same. We believe conducting business by illegal manner is against the law and for the same reason; payment shall not be refunded in such consequences. We shall reserve the right to even penalise the party for extra amount as we consider contracting with such people as defamation to our business.

The use of the site by accepting the terms and conditions shall affirm that the user has agreed under his own will and is ready to face any consequences in future and also agrees to be understood the same.
